Independent media is a powerful force. It’s where our freedom of speech comes into fullest expression. We can share inconvenient truths, we can learn about subtle explanations for what we are experiencing, and we can find our own truth. This is how my blacklisted book, A Mind of Your Own, has gained penetrance, and it’s how I continue to spread awareness of the importance of informed consent in ethical medicine and the power of what’s possible – because knowing better is doing better.
I was invited to dialogue with the independent media renegade, Joe Rogan, in what turned out to be a 3 HOUR tour of topics as disparate as menstrual cycles, psych-med induced violence, burritos, and initiatory rituals.
